Support Staff

As part of our ongoing commitment to providing high quality care for people of all ages living with disability, Miroma is focused on recruiting and developing support staff based on their values, skills and passion for social services.

To ensure support staff deliver services and programs and nurture and empower participants, all staff members have developed skills and qualifications in;

  • Disability Certificate III
  • Senior First Aid
  • Child Safe Environment Certificate
  • Understanding of Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Knowledge in behaviour management, picture exchange and communication systems.
